Sliding door help

I've got a splitscreen panel van with a sliding door. It's a 1966.

Would I be correct in thinking some of the early bay door bits are the same mechanisms?

I'm after a locking latch is so. Here's my problem...

Any help would be great... The sliding door not working is the only thing holding me back for an mot!

And you never picked them up, so I sold them.
