Sliding door problem

Hi guys , having trouble with my door . I can get it to open at the front or rear but not both ends at the same time . Any ideas how to solve this ? Cheers in advance Kevin .

On mine the rear latch was slow to release.
I took the rear latch off,lubricated it with wd to free it up, old grease and dust.
Straight forward job, once freed up the rear pops out well
No more 3 goes at trying to 'quietly' shut the door at night on a campsite.

Thanks for that . Don't have a problem getting either rear or front latch to open . Just not both at the same time .

Could the cables joining them have become detached or broken?

Pull it all off lube it, but sounds like cable adjustment
