sliding door won't shut.

I'm have bother with my sliding door which is driving me up the wall.......
When I close it by pulling the handle, the back end bounces back out if you know what I mean. The spring loaded catches are working as they should and everything has been stripped, cleaned and lubed and reassembled correctly. Closing it from the inside is almost impossible. I can't see it hitting anything and it barely makes contact with the catch before it bounces back out. It will close if you slide it from the back and firmly push it shut.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I had the same problem,have you adjusted the catch on the pillar according to the Bentley manual,mine now works fine
i presume when you close the door you are pulling the handle UP to close the door fully

Is it a new seal? I replaced mine and had same problem but now (18 month after!) the seal has rubbered in and getting better with use
