standard exhaust

hi again
i want to put a standard exhaust back on our bay
do you need heat exchangers fitted or can they be fitted with j tubes? :shock: :!:
its got a 4 in 1 header with a bugpack at the mo with j tubes
if they can has anyone got one forsale?
