i dont know any threads but i have a t25 hatch to go into my devon. ill watch this space.

I've seen it done a few times. I 'think' you have to chop it to make it fit correctly?

I cut a hatch surround out of a T25 once to sell on to someone for a split bus. It was a nightmare of a job! Good luck.

Thanks guys as usual with me buy first research after!!! Hopefully with it going on a crew cab I've got a bigger area, after I bought it somebody said the floor cut is different width on ribs, pick up next week will let you know how it looks

I also have one waiting to go in mine! Will keep an eye on this too!
It does look too big to fit without some narrowing though...

Into a split

I've done one into a split, I used the reinforcing bars either side of the engine bay to decide the width of the hatch, no need for a steel box section.

I had to make it narrower, I offset the join to keep the strength and make it easy to keep flat, ended up with a slightly wider rib in the middle , but much easier than building a frame

Thanks davidoft, really helpful set of pictures and great idea offsetting the cut
