Tapatalk on the forum

Tapatalk doesn't perform well on the site. I am not sure but are the plugins not up to date? I don't get notifications and miss interesting stuff not to mention some great bargains.

The late bay site works a treat and tapatalk really works well with there.

Is there a plan to upgrade or look at tapatalk functionality here? I am willing to help out if it's a lack of resources thing. As i am sure others would like tapatalk running too?

When I subscribe for notifications it says plugins is out of date maybe it's limited to the new version hd

subscriptions are one thing. notifications are where you get the notification icon pop up (and or vibrate etc) when new stuff is posted to a subscribed topic.

so yes i can subscribe but you have to spend the day refreshing to watch a topic. On LB and the other sites i use its just gives u a lil bell when stuff arrives you are interested in.

Tapatalk is the best app I've got for my iPhone! Uploading pics to forums without all that photo bucket BS is a awsome

they change/update the plugin every 5 mins i got tired of having to mod the pages each time they make an update. its not as simple as they would have you believe. we are doing a full server upgrade soon i will look into it then.

One more thing, on the 'how too's' technical section they seem either to be locked of not very many threads (10 i think!), not got much use of the house laptop (10 year old!!), so use tapatalk on iphone all the time
