Timing figures Please

I've just bought myself an Accuspark SVDA distributor to replace the current '009, and I could do with the timing figures please, and with the vacuum attached or blanked off. It's an AB code 1600 twin port. Cheers. Oh yes, does the vacuum to the dizzy come from the carb or the manifold......excuse the daft question but it's been a while!

Vac signal comes from the carb.

Cheers Dave, that's very handy, and thanks Trikky2 for the offer of help. I've run '009s for a while now with decent results but having read about the advantages of going back to original (style) distributors, I thought I'd give one a try.
