I looked in my spares box, in which I found the following items:
Genuine-VW, oil filler cum alternator stand (VW part No. 113 101 211 G and VW-Audi logos), for VW 1600 Type 1 style engine
Genuine-VW, galvanised-steel, strap (VW part No. 113 903 141 B) & bolt, for securing dynamo / alternator
Genuine-VW, sheet-steel oil-filler cum breather box (with circa ½ inch diameter hose-connection spigot)
Genuine-VW, sheet-steel oil-filler cum breather box (with circa ¾ inch diameter hose-connection spigot), as used on post-1973/74 VW 1600 Type 2, AS-series engines, with paper-element air-filter housing.
Home-made, 3 mm thick aluminium spacer-ring, for interposing between a substituted alternator and the fan-housing's dished "dynamo-style" circular plate.
Genuine-VW, shortened brown-plastic (i.e. phenolic resin) spacer cum guide tube & corresponding shortened pushrod, to enable the continued use, of an un-canted, "dynamo-style" fuel pump, after substituting an alternator, in place of a dynamo.
Genuine OEM, little-used second-hand fuel pump, with VW & APG logos (A. PIERBURG KG. - Neuss | marked PE20000 & 2309), for VW 1600 Type 1 style engine, equipped with a dynamo. Tested in use, for just a few hundred miles, this was part of my touring spares kit, until I substuitued a VW Type 4 style engine.
Two fuel-pump installation gaskets (large, irregular-shaped, central hole), for VW 1600 Type 1 style engine.

Dynamo Stand - Page 002, Item 75
The illustration shows a dynamo stand cum oil filler, which can only be used for a dynamo, whilst the alternator stand, which has a differently profiled section, can be used for either an alternator or a dynamo.
