It failed the Mot on some really dodgy stuff!
1. Offside stop light not as bright as the n/s (really!)
2. Sticker on the front screen encroaching (behind the damn rear view mirror)
3. Parking brake releases when knocked (not when I tried it, thumped it a few times, couldn't get it to release)
4. Front seat belt anchorage prescribed area fractured (centre mounting not welded....er yes it is, it passed for the previous two tests!)
More relevant...
5. Front brakes imbalanced (new brake pads fitted today)
6. Brake pedal anti-slip provision missing (glued in place now)
7. Steering system excessively tight (adjusted)
8. Nearside rear suspension bolt missing/snapped (oops! better get a new one)
Advisory
9. o/s/r outer cv boot split.
All things considered not a bad fail. The most challenging part is the suspension bolt which is snapped off in the hub.
That could be awkward :|
