Using horseshoe plates with adjustable Spring plates?

I've currently got adjustable Spring plates fitted and have it turned two splines .Im pretty close to the bump stop plates .If I was to fit horse shoe plates would this allow me to raise it one spline and still retain the same sort of drop .I will be getting the chassis c notched in the next few months to allow more clearance .
