thought i'd lost this but rediscovered it when I cleaned up the garage last weekend
it came with the van when I bought it 9 years ago from the 2nd owner along with a whole pile of service receipts
a great piece of the van's history/provenance
and coincidentally it's the sierra yellow van 2nd left in the forum's banner photo above taken at a lineup at Volksworld, I think
unfortunately it's no longer yellow after a restoration/respray in beryl green but I left the engine bay untouched for posterity
