Vintage Aquatite awning. Now for sale

I have just picked up an old 70s looking campervan awning, its the old type orange canvas the only label I can find says 'Aquatite' of ipswich
Does anyone know any info about it?
I will try set it up in the garden tomorrow and take some piccies

The only thing I can find about aquatite ipswich relates to a stretch tent and marquee company in ipswich town South Africa.

This is the rear that hooks upto van, has the channels for gutter strip

These are the sides that zip on to the rear if used on a van

This is the inner tent, I couldnt clip it on because some the elastic has gone brittle and broke

Roof. Has a patch repair as can be seen

some of the eyelets are missing but they all look ok

The damage I could find

I will be selling this as its not for me. I should have took measurements while it was up but I didnt. :roll:

The firm were established in 1830 making sacks and stuff for thrashing machines, and specialised in the manufacture of tents, water-proof covers, netting, and canvas goods, together with the supply of associated items, used to be located in foundation st ipswich. from what i can find out this range looks like it was from the 60's
