Parts Specialist - Aircooled VW Models
We are seeking a parts specialist to join our buying team.
Your duties will include:
•Supplier research for new and existing motor parts.
•Market research for new and existing motor parts.
•Identify, source and collate data on parts and prices.
•Set up and the data entry of new parts into database.
•Maintenance of existing parts database.
•Liaising with suppliers.
•Organizing samples from suppliers.
•Purchasing stock from suppliers
Ideal Candidate:
•We are seeking a confident, intelligent self-starter who has solid knowledge of VW aircooled parts and vehicles.
•Good telephone manner.
•Good negotiation skills.
•A Large amount of data entry is involved so it is essential that you are computer literate and also have a good understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Strong numerical skills are a must, along with good attention to detail.
•A knowledge of Sage software or ETKA would be an advantage.
•Ability to work as part of a team.

•The position will initially be based in Burgess Hill and will relocate to Shoreham in October 2014

Organised, Accurate and Friendly people wanted please!
Come and work in the VW Heritage Warehouse. You could join our busy goods out department where we handle up to 500 parcels a day. We take great pride in our work, but we like to have a good time too.
•Great people skills
•A methodical and accurate approach to work
•Ability to work well to very tight deadlines
•Understand the importance of health and safety in the workplace
•Previous warehouse experience
•A good level of fitness, walking and lifting involved
•An interest in cars is an advantage
Hours
Mon-Fri - 09.00-17.30
Sat 10.00-16.00 (rota, time in lieu or paid as overtime)
