well I am looking for an engine to rebuild so not a lot at all. found lots if 1300 and 1600 TP for around £150 buthey are bettle boxs

Got a few, 1641 longblock , complete 1600 twin port out of my early bay runs sweet but oil light flickering low revs after I got it hot on the way back from busfest, 1600 single port complete but unsure bug or van , 1500 out of a split, 1600 AS code unsure bus or beetle, will check soon as I can and enough bits to build more.
as for prices..... Tempt me!

how much endfloat? a little and it runs strong still or a shitton and its near enough fucked?

It's not horrendous, but is there.. 2-3mm? Never know how best to measure them acuratly really. runs well though.. Has a 4into1 and a del single carb I think..
