I made one from metal brake pipe with two pieces of rubber vaccumn pipe on the ends.

3/16" (4.75mm) copper, cunifer or steel brake line. bend it by hand, the only difference is that you don't get the hose stop beads on the end (as per DIN 3021-3, don'tchaknow) but who gives a monkeys.
