WANTED: My Second Early Bay....

Due to the sad demise of my first Early Bay through fire, I am now in a position to start looking for a replacement !
I have a budget of £9k - £10k and would like a bus that meets the following criteria,

Obviously rust free so preferably a dry state import.
Westfalia interior
Prefer pop top but open to tin top
OG paint - shiny or faded
Would like it already lowered but not essential
walk through models
1968 -1971

Tall order? I'm sure you will let me know

Im gona be selling my 1969 red pop top that meets most of your criteria apart from og paint oh and not lowered, loads of pics in my profile, just got it registered in uk on monday and got the number plates today, really nice bus no rust and very nice new engine 1641cc with twin carbs and engle cam etc etc, thanks Dean
