Wanted - OG Heat Exchangers - FOUND SOME!

Having changed almost everything else and still having problem with 'popping' so there must still be an air problem somewhere - process of elimination points to the heat exchangers so whats out there? My existing set provide heat so I know part of them must be functioning OK its just this damn popping!

Thanks, but not after any repro stuff. We are off up to Scotland on our main holiday early next month so have a couple of weeks to try and solve this one.
