So my van has all been painted but for some reason they didn't get rid of the west sink hole. I have no intention of having one in so, whats the best way to fill this and weather proof it all?

Did you ask them to weld up/cover the sink hole?

Ive got a disc of sheet metal to cover the hole when not using the sink unit. The hole in the belly pan is covered with a square of ribbed rubber matting. ( as original, with X cut in it ). Could always use rubber matting and silcone seater in case you do want to use in the future

This was my effort

A Galvanised box lid with a silicon seal screwed to the belly pan, not pretty but effective & free 8)
