to add a price to the title of earlybays for sale? :)
its just im lazy  and it would be so much easyer to search in my price range if all the titles had a price.graham l,s posts are what i would call perfect

or am i just sticking my nose in?il get my coat

agree. Dont like it when people ask for 'sensible offers'. Always seems they are trying to get that punter who has pockets full of cash. I always set what i think is a fair price when I sell things, that way it is clear to all.

I thought on this forum you had to list a price or is that SSVC or vzi. After a while all blends into one.

I think there should be a price in the ad. Saying 'offers invited' often puts people off enquiring.

As far as adding a price to the title its a good idea but people like to be vague about some of the detail in their ad or topic in order to lure people in.................

Bit like this one

I'm not overly convinced its entirely good or manageable for that matter.

If one has an absolute budget in mind then yes it speeds up the filtering process but if you can waver a touch then on viewing an ad that has so much to offer it opens up possibillities.

Personally I dont like offers either but if you cant come to a figure or havent a clue to its true value then wheres the harm in it finding its own level, unfortunately it does mean that many offers get rejected outright as most people ideally have a value in mind and at the other end theres a lot that wont make offers for fear of offence so you could end up discounting buyers from the offset....

no wories, was only for my own selfish needs
