Need advice! Split minded about

grounding it and restoring it first before hitting the road (which wont be possible anytime soon as it takes roughly three months for the panels to arrive and then some time on getting the body done with paint)
&
lowering it and driving it as is and fix it as i go

PS: finally, its complete and was always on road since day one i bought it in June 13 (though i have kept it grounded for last 9 months which i am loosing my patience with), except that the body panels need replacement, the usual ones.

Run it for a year whilst you collect all the panels you need.

Summer is just around the corner.. Get in it get driving and enjoy it,
There all rolling resto's in one way or another

Enjoy :D

looks like bugger is hitting the road soon :D
thanks fellas.
will put back in the interior and will roll it for now.
cheers

Run it as it is, I couldn`t leave my bus locked away for too long, it took me a while to get him looking like he does now but he`s nowhere near finished. I`d loose all enjoyment if it was just another of those things that I couldn`t use because this wasn`t perfect or that wasn`t totally stock or it needs this or that. Make do for a while and enjoy it, get used to peeps saying it`ll be nice when it`s finished

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,It`ll never be totally finished

Run it - there are all works in progress anyway. If you don't you don't know what might seize up from lack of use.

Use it...... Life's too short.... Get out there and enjoy your Bus... A mobile resto is much more fun than a Van stuck in the garage in a 1001 bits waiting for parts or the cash to buy the parts.

Thats what me and my other half are doin restore as we go.just going to enjoy this summer.shes running mint now all the inside done off we go Germany in may just put it on the road and enjoy [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
