Forgot to ask do you have to notch anything if your just fitting horseshoe plates ??

Don't think so tristan it depends how close your drive shafts and cv boots are to the chasis

Rushing local garage to fit my horseshoe plates today, ready for Stanford hall tomorrow. Apparently it took 2 blokes to get my wheel with deflated tyre back on. Running 185/65 15. Also noticed that on one side I have clearance on the bumpstop, but on the other side they've had to shorten the bumpstop to fit! The springplates are both on the cast iron stops and the swing bars/arms do look uneven. Totally clueless as to why?? Any ideas?

Panic over! They'd got the horse shoe fitted in wrong pos somehow  nothing like a few hours of worry and stress! Good for the soul
