Whining Gearbox or Noisy Release Bearing

There is a whining noise coming from the drive train area.

Noisier under acceleration has anyone else had this?

How can i tell if it's the bearing or the box without spliting the engine & box?

Please help.

In my experience the bearing only squeals at idle when the clutch pedal in depressed.

Tried harder to listen this morning.

Strange noise when changing gear.

Also i'm sure the gearbox is whining.

I'll change the gearbox oil and see if there is a difference.
