As far as Im aware they were fitted to late bays and T25's only, never standard fit onto EarlyBays - one above is from a late, im installing a modified T25 one with associated body cut.

Understood the 72 on vans with Type 4 engines had engine inspection hatch fitted as standard ?

Still looking.
