Z-hinges

Hi, I'm new here now that I've got myself a 1970 Microbus

I'm trying to get hold of some z-hinges so that I can turn my rear bench seat into a bed. I found a company called Camper Stuff but they don't seem to be trading any more. The last web update looks like it was in 2011.

Could anyone give me any idea if it's possible to get these remade hinges or do I need to keep an eye out for used ones? Are they basically the same thing that you'd get on a Westfalia bed?
