Hi there,
Haven't been on the board for a while,
Just wondering about this as it is my goal to do so this summer, it's this when my budget is small or if I gather enough doh I'm taking a freighter cruise to asia.
So I'd like some tips for camping, the guardia civil is more uptight than...
It is a terrible thing, and maybe we should make a sticky about the best suppliers for a certain part.
This would help a lot of novices aswell, I know it would help me.
Unfortunately I haven't got a clue about quality items as I still have to paint the bus and rubbers and such aren't on my list...
Anything is possible in a V-dub.
Remember several years ago some guy did a full bench mod in front of an Mk1 Golf.
It was way cool.
Did require moving the shifter a few inches to the front
Not he case in our busses
Would look ace in a bay
Hi,
I just bought one under the assumption it would be pretty straightforward, but it's not...
I'm sure there's a way but for it to be really closed off it would require welding.
Not an option anymore because everything's in primer already.
The bulkhead I got also had a lip for a sealing rubber...
Wow sorry to see your bus has some real issues! Thought you were exaggurating a bit when you said it needed work but seems you're right.
Anyway should make for an interesting little resto, keep the pics comin' !
Having read only the first magazine, found it to be a quality mag but about the whole scene and not just busses but you knew that huh.
Nice overall feel but a lot of pages are wasted on the tri-language articles.
Read it once or twice and it's ok but indeed price is high.
Mag must still evolve...
Hi guys,
This has been asked before but I can't find an answer to my question.
Every manual or step by step writeup says that you shouldn't remove the torsion bar from the inner spline location.
Now, I did offcourse do that and now I'm in trouble.
Thankfully every part has been cleaned, new...
Well, I guess I'm the odd bird around here but I'll take mine raised please
Driving a Pajero daily and generally liking the ride height and comfort it gives as well as looking quite cool too, I rest my case:
