You can get blanking plates for where the indicators are on the newer front, but then you need to flatten the bump where the badge is and then cut holes for the indicators lower down. Another option would be to get a good front off a proper early bay, not overly easy to find, and maybe hardy...

Just putting new heads on my 1955cc engine, noticed on cylinder 1 that the pushrods are rubbing slightly on the top of the tube where they come out into the head. I'm running ratio rockers 1:1.25 and a 110 cam - anything I can do to stop the rubbing? If not will it cause any issues?

Where have people bought their fittings for a DIY breather setup? Thinking of some 1/2" pipe from the oil filler then tee'd off to the top of each air filters on the carbs. And is this a good idea? I just have one of these small filters on the oil breather at the moment. Cheers.
