009 to bosch dizzy

i have a 009 dizzy and want to replace it with a bosch vacuum advance possibly from jk, apart from the vacuum pipe is thier anything else that i need to swap it? over :?

No.Just fit it,put the vacuum pipe on and time it and away you go! timing is 7.5 btdc with vacuum hose off and plugged.

hi, Is there anything wrong with the 009?Is it a genuine Bosch one or a cheap copy?

Just wondering if you want to sell it and where in Wilts you are - im near Chippenham but work in Bradford on Avon.

Cheers for the info, gonna keep the 009 for now just as a back up till i know its running right but i will let you know if i get rid of it.
