A HOLY GRAIL FIND......I'M NOT SURE BUT CHUFFED TO BITS

I have been trying to find this part for ages and even put a wanted add on here and thesamba.com when i was contacted by a guy on here called squareweave saying that he had one. He gave me first refusal on it as i had done a deal with him previously, he sent me the pics and a very accurate description. I can only say i am super super chuffed as i have never seen one of these for sale before and i'm the type of person who misses out on lots of rare goodies or just can't find stuff.


Here it is a fixed bulkhead rubber mat for the bottom section (with the foot deformation pressings)

Good to see it installed. Hey I don't have a ton of stuff but the parts and buses I keep are usually pretty darn clean and original. I FIRMLY believe what goes around comes around, I have been helped out by people in the scene before and like to pass it on especially to fellow enthusiasts. Kind of like what your mom used to say when you were a kid "Be good to others and they will be good to you" :lol: By the way the bus is coming along nicely.

On a side note, is your dad a trimmer?

Yes good old pops comes in handy when its time for the material, I've got something nice lined up for the interior so keep watching. He also specialises in german material of various colours and trim.
