I have had to cut out rust in front section of chassis (near where the beam bolts on) and can now see inside which does have rust in it. I've brushed and kurusted (is there such a word?) where i can get to and was wondering if i should be spraying some inhibitor in there to get to the bits i can't reach, if so which one ?
If i spray wax oil in there surely it will seal in the bad stuff which i'm guessing is not a good idea

Any thoughts?

I would poke about to get the loose flaky stuff off the make up a pipe to go on the end of a hoover and suck out the loose crud, then when the welding is done fire in the waxoyl,if it does what it says on the tin it should inhibit further rust.I done that with my sills and chassis,so far lost around 20l on the bus so far, still need to do the n/s sill cavities and redo front beam after steam cleaning it.Waxoyling is defo one of my hobbies.
