Hi just wondering if anyone can help, when i change gear the engine seems to over rev as though i'm dipping the clutch (i'm not though). Has this happened to anyone else ?

Could be a sticky throttle. If you rev it at standstill does it go back to idle? Are you running twin carbs?

Sounds like a slipping clutch,a worn clutch plate
