Battery Charger

Does anyone else have this problem?

Both my starter and leisure batteries are connected to a Durite split charger system which works fine. However, my tracker runs down the leisure battery if the van isn't used for a week or so. I use a Ctek battery charger to recharge, but the Ctek throws up an error and does not charge the battery. When the Durite is disconnected, the battery charger works fine??

Do you have a relay in between them?

Sounds like a faulty relay or it's not set to cut off at the right voltage, I know they can be adjusted
