I would be tempted to beef that up with some angle iron or swap it for some box section just in case ;)

It's not as thin as it looks.. But I will beef it up somemore cheers
 
Another tight squeeze! But most importantly she fits in! :p
Misses the top of the door frame by about 5mm! No exaggeration! :geek:
Won't be such a problem when she's slammed on air for next year!

Very relieved to find she squeezed d in when we got our new bus home last night..

Had previously taken the saw to the up-on-over door to convert to side hung. Came out pretty well.

Wow that's tight! Mine's the same.. have to back her in so can get out sliding door where the garage widens.

At least its warm and dry!
