Best places to visit in your van!

Hi,

Planning a summer trip to a few coastal location over 2 weeks this summer in my van!

Just thought i'd ask for recomendations for places to visit?

Any pics etc?

When (if ) my bay is ready in time we gonna load it up and head down to cornwall for a week or 2.
Cant beat it IMHO

I was hoping to flit across to Ireland this year sadly not gonna happen, they do a yearly coastal event for charity which I was hoping to tag onto....

I`m from cornwall so i reccomend the north coast of scotland.....f!"$ing beautiful and the surf rocks at that time of year

We did a trp round france last year in my vandown the middle to the Audeche region then accros to biarittz (even crossed the border to spain) and then back up the coast.

Amazing trip, lots to see and do and the van made it worthwhile, nothing beats the feeling when parked on a campsite with caravans and everyone cant stop looking at the van.

I took part in the North Coast Run for Cancer a few weeks ago. The stretch of road was voted in the top three coastal routes in the world by BBC viewers, by chance there was a program about it tonight on BBCNI, my wife lives right in the middle of it and it is stunning. The Surf on the North Coast is some of the best in the UK as well.

im not sure if the program will go on iplayer but worth keeping an eye on.

Aaron if your coming over, give me a shout, i can put you up in our beach house which is empty most of the year.
