Brake Pipes ..

Can anyone tell me the size of copper brake pipe and fitting required ?

.. Im changing all mine but some I have are longer than required and I would rather shorten them and refit end to keep it tidy ..

.. any thoughts on doing the ends yourself! ...

.. tell me if it a **** idea

Using copper pipe its all quite easy to bend, shape and cut. You'll need a flaring tool though.
