Why didn't I buy my bus years ago !?

Bit vague that, I'm after numbers for camping so we can get a suitably sized plot as we'll be in the main arena.

Can I just ask all the people that have booked and haven't let me have their details, can you do so please?
Just to remind you all that we're in the main arena, so once you're parked up on Friday (other than moving your bus to link with an awning, etc) that's it until Sunday afternoon.

OK then, the toilet issue raises it's head again.
Toilets for our own use are £65 each. Due to the number of people on the above list I think it may be better to have two rather than one this year. Although ozziedog won't be there, so that takes the pressure off....

Let me know what you think, but I have to have confirmed numbers by 8th May so that the final planning can take place.

Me again.

"We would like to invite your club to display in the trade arena at Bristol Volksfest. We are inviting only a limited number of clubs to do this and shall be awarding a prize and a trophy for the best club stand.

To satisfy our Risk Assessment and Traffic Management Plan we need to know how many vehicles to expect in the trade arena. This will also ensure we mark out the right amount of space for your club. We are therefore asking that your members purchase at least one adult ticket per vehicle in advance. Passengers can pay on arrival but to speed up entry, it would be helpful if all tickets were purchased in advance.

Please ask your members to make a note on the online booking facility (booking fee payable) or attached postal booking form (no booking fee) the registration number of the vehicle the tickets purchased apply to.

I'm sure you can understand why we are asking this: apart from the H&S aspect, it should also make for less confusion and queues coming on site.

Those clubs camping will once again be camping behind their display stand in the trade arena.

Please note that the latest date for purchasing advance tickets is 22nd May. Those clubs who purchase a minimum of 25 tickets in advance will receive a private club portaloo, free of charge.

To help with initial logistics, we'd be really grateful if could you please let us know approximately how many vehicles you anticipate having on your club display stand.

Like this description 'associated VW's' there must be a fair few of us on here that are 'fans of the lowlight' as the forum has always promoted but for a variety of reasons drive something else. I know its a big VW family, but there is still something special about an early

Alas, still can't make this event we will be in France with the Westy when this is on .... one year we will make it
