smokehouse said:where i live in kentucky the humidity kills classic cars they can't sit very long or they will start to rust out without even seeing salt. everyone thinks it's the salt on the roads in the winter time but it's actually the humidity. i'm sure over there salt is a big factor coming off the ocean. i find buses and bugs in people's back yards but they won't let it go they say they are going to fix it up one day and let me remind you these people are already in there late 70's or 80's. so i doubt they will be pulling a motor out anytime soon. i guess we take the weather for granted over here the sun does come out for weeks at a time. right now it hasn't rained it like two weeks and the temps are very mild good camping weather if i had time for that. i wish people didn't watch barrett jackson. i haven't watched it in years.

and he used the steering wheel as a perch ....... and those marks round the ignition switch are where he pecked at the shiney bit
