Crossover Release bearing-Which one??

I have a crossover bay which I am restoring but I'm having clutch problems. I have a CE code box but I don't know what release bearing to fit. I managed to smash the clutch the first time I put it together, due to fitting the wrong release bearing, it jammed on the guide sleeve and made a mess on start up. So hence the question?? My new clutch is a 200mm diaphragm type if it makes a difference.

I'm guessing I need new ones of these....
