I found these the other day, they're aluminium, could easily be shortened to make Bull Bars for my bay, but the question is, should I or shouldn't I?

In my opinion the flat split type Roo bars are very cool but like its been said, it has to be on the right bus. A set of bars on a eg. white Westy can cheapen it, a set of bars on single cab or commercial can make it look like nails.

I think (roo) bars can look ok on stock height Aussie bays for that 'Outback Chic' look but they clutter up anything else.
They are simply 'functional', and to risk more seriously injuring a pedestrian in an incident on a High Street in the UK for the sake of a 'look' would be regrettable, imo.

Each to theyre own though. :)

I hate to be all practical and sound like my dad but I agree with Clem here...........

Not convinced these things look that great anyway, ultimately they're an example of function over form. If you were on the pose you wouldn't show off the van by parking it behind a gate so why bolt one to your front clip.

You bunch of snobs! I'm gonna make them just to spite you all now!
