Mine loves ours as do the kids. She's quite happy driving it and breaking down in it. I have just had a green light for a big spend on a red9 front end complete with big brakes. The whole family loves the shows scene and we go to as many as we can manage. I reckon I'm lucky reading some of the other posts.

Yes I think you (and some others) are indeed fortunate.

At least mine is not anti, she just doesent have any interest one way or the other. She enjoys going away in it but would be equally happy if it were a Renault Lol.

Bit of an amendment to my previous post. It would seem she is warming to the idea, I did say warming and definitely not hot on it. Last weekend she refused to wave at a very nice T4 or T5 that was coming the other way and waving at us, stating point blank that she is not going to be waving at any builders vans and transits no matter how much they wave :shock:
Now that we`ve had Sherbie the bus for four or five years, she has suddenly decided that she hates all the other types of vans or busses or campers or motorhomes of every description,,,,,,,,,,, unless they look like Sherbie,, then they`re OK :? :? I have got to say she is a bit odd my Mrs :mrgreen:

The wife don't understand what the fuss is about either she loves going away in it camping for holidays but even by the end of the hols she is moaning about people staring at the bus :roll: she does like the waving bit to other bus's though and I have got no chance of getting her to a festival she couldn't think of a worse thing to do standing around talking about vw's

My wifes a glory hunter. She likes some camping in the sunshine, likes the pose in the summertime and sharing cool pics on Facebook. :roll:

She thinks it all happens by magic though, and that I just chat and drink tea in the workshop, which is unfair. I only do that half the time ...

I punish her by leaving her in the van when its parked in line ups at shows and she has to try and answer questions about whether the speedo is a single year only or not, and if so, why? and what the threads per inch are in the weave of the cot bunk fabric :lol:
