Early or Late Bay handbrake cables ?

Does anyone know what the differences are between early and late handbrake cables ? I`ve put late Bay rear brakes on my Early so I can run Porsche wheels , but I don`t know which handbrake cables I need ( my original Early ones have gone missing ).

Late ones are shorter as the adjustment is under the bus rather than at the handbrake itself on an early.
