I bought a item ,well items 500 dvds and paid for them [a bargain] then the seller said he sold them on privatly...I said i would like my paypal back with a extra so much % for my troubles...he replied saying ,he will do when it suits him...

I then got his address from e bay ,then I did the reply... :evil:

and gave him negative feedback...he left no feedback...

takes a lot to pull my strings..

fredster..you hit the nail on the head there my earlybay friend.
Well received a phone call from ebay this evening. This is after co-allating witness statements and testimonies and filing to go to court and also sending all of this to ebay this afternoon.
Anyone who has experienced ebay customer support is about to fall over backwards...the phone call was to recognise the fact that i was indeed telling the truth and that there would be a full refund to me the seller :?: :?: :?: I should be exuberant, delirious, etc etc but to be honest i`m just numb..having lost Â£1000 and accepted it only to be told i was right and true all along does make me h a p p y but not as much as i would have hoped. I`ve learnt a hard lesson and anyone who deals with me on ebay in the future will not benefit from that lesson.That said i took on lloyds tsb today and won too so must have had my weetabix this morning :roll:
i`d like to say thanks for all the support i received..it really helped and for those of you offering services i`m just glad i`m not YOUR enemy :mrgreen:

Sorry to hear that Scott. It really ***** me off when honest decent sellers are treated in this way. :evil: Its good that you rise above it all tho and do things properly, they are still pricks.

it makes me proud that folks that i`ve dealt with are prepared to say things like this. I always try to be fair and true and i believe in what goes around comes around. On that note i will not gloat just remember to post the Â£5 parts on time so as not to receive negative feedback...that said if any earlybay member sees my ebay adds don`t forget to contact me on here for up to a 40% discount...
