Engine Build Question

So, I'm getting together all the bits to build a ‘warm’ 1584cc engine for SuperDry. The idea is that I build the engine and literally take one out, put one in and fire her up.
See the old engine and use the money to get a Freeway Flier gearbox. I’ve got a lot of the stuff and I’ve got an idea of what’s left to buy, BUT, what have I forgotten?
I need EVERYTHING to build an engine as I want to sell the engine in the bus now as a total turnkey unit minus the exhaust.
So, any advice from anyone?? I know there’s a few people on here who have built their own engines up from scratch.

shims to set the fly wheels end play or "float" and im guessing alternator pulley?? belt?? alternator strap? dipstick?? tinware screws? maybe hardware kit lol im jus goin off the top of my head it may help you remember some silly crap i know its a pain in ass buying all the stuff you need
