Every thing needed to convert to cross over brakes for wide5

I have a 68 that was converted from wide 5 to crossover 5x112 all around at some point im wanting to put it back to wide5 so if anyone is wanting to do this brake conversion i would happily swap my full set up for yours.

I will add the calipers were recently rebuilt
