Heating again

Ok i posted something not to long ago about j tubes and heating ect,ive come to the decision that i am not to worried about heating on the go and have 240 hook up for camp sites so no problem there,what i want to know is if i change my stock exhaust for a 4 into 1 manifold and a quite pack ect do i lose the choice of heat exchangers anyway,so would i then benifit from j tubes aswell,also my origanal air filter has no pipe coming off the bottom as i have seen in others where doesthat dissapear to and what does it do,last thing have noticed little heaters on ebay which plug into your ciggy lighter and go on the ash any1 have 1 or can i breath more hot air out to clear te window.....Rowan

You can still fit exchangers with a 4 into 1 Quietpack. Don't bother getting an EMPI one they are absolute ****. I have had mine on less than a year and the baffles have already rotted out. VW SpeedShop do a reasonable quality stainless header and back box, a bit cheaper than the Bluebird or JK one.
