Also I'm down one spline at the mo if I take it back to stock will it be lower with the horse shoe plates

hi, yes they will fit your '72 they will be around the same as 1 spline but a better ride and no neggy camber £110 posted with all the bits you need, pm me if interested ,ta neil.
