Drums here too. Fine 99% of the time but have got a little worried a couple of times when having to stop REAL quick  .
Running joke with my boy that after a few days driving only the bus, first time in the daily I always stop 6 feet short of the first junction!!!!
Would go to servo and discs but want to keep to wide 5 and funds will not run to CSP or Futbus kits.

After a few trips with drums and long Welsh hills I fitted CSP's

:D Yep, done enough time with drums to know that well adjusted ones stop just fine. but also just once!

if nothing else, helps teach that brakes are best kept for emergencies

will shush now, have servo and discs this time round....

hole in the floor and foot, flintstone style for me, works best when not in flip-flops

but i have late bay discs and servo for the real world, not much better than above though
