Evening All,

Ive had my bus for over a year now. When I first bought it, it was mega low and the exhaust was always scraping the ground and the front ARB is/ was always bouncing off of the road/ minor bumps.

Well I had all the rear end apart a while back so lifted up the rear suspension....

The odd too many bumps took its toll on the front ARB and recently one of the ARB mounts failed and this has lead me to getting the van up in the air and I was HOPING there was going to be an adjustable front beam and I could raise the front up a couple of inches.... but this wasnt the case.

So this leads me to two conclusions.... either the front suspension is knackered or it has been fitted with drop spindles to drop the front down...

Soooooo how can I tell if drop spindles have been fitted, bearing in mind I have never seen standard spindles?? Is it possible to measure something to see if they have been fitted. Because if this is the case I would preferably like to get some that drop the front less than it currently is.

OR if the front suspension is knackered i'm assuming its going to be a front beam off jobby and replace the necessary parts etc.

Cheers again for all your help!!

Take a pic and put it up on here, someone will soon tell you what is fitted.

Are you sure it's not a cut and turned beam? Look for welds around the centre of either beam tube that run around it's circumference.

Yerr will grab some photos when i'm under it tomorrow. - But no dont think there are any welds on the beam at all.... that all looks pretty standard but I will have to double check that as it is pretty mucky.
