iffy starting

Hi all, my bus has become a little hard to start from cold of late, where as before it would start first turn of the key. If I set the choke and turn it over it will cough but does not start. It then takes a bit of winding over and depressing of the throttle to start her.
Not sure if its plugs or fuel. Possibly a blocked fuel filter? It has electronic ignition so not a points issue.
Any ideas?

Sounds like it needs a bit of a service, change the plugs and check the rockers, could have a tight valve. Wont cost a great deal but worth doing. Good luck
