Leaking Dellorto carb

Hi, I just started up my van and noticed that one of the dellortos (twin 36mm DLRA) was leaking fuel. Ive added a photo of exactly where the leak is coming from (see circled area). Any ideas how to fix?

That’s where the cold start mechanism was, should be a little blanking plate and gasket covering the hole.

Thanks for the response, it is the same on the other carb, but its not leaking and this one has been fine up to today.
