Lights on warning buzzer

Anyone fitted a warning buzzer in case you leave the lights on when you remove the key from the ignition

1970 USA market busses have a warning buzzer that sounds if you leave the key in the ignition and open the door. Perhaps you could copy the wiring diagram for this circuit including the headlight switch ?

The Bentley manual shows the diagram nicely.
